Notes:
For No. 3 activity:
Starting on the 2nd Wednesday of the first month, only problematic or potentially problematic patients will be presented. However, all ambulatory patients proposed for operations should be at the hallway fronting the GSI office ready for presentation anytime when called for by the consultants. All charts and pertinent x-rays of these patients should also be readily available when needed.
For No. 4 activity:
Histopath reports should be included.
For Nos. 1-5 activities:
All presentations and data should be brief but concise.
